Platform — the Uzoplata website, services, APIs, and related infrastructure
Merchant — an individual or business using Uzoplata to accept payments
Customer — an end user making a payment to a Merchant
Transaction — a payment processed through the Platform
Payment Methods — available payment options such as cards, fiat transfers, alternative payment methods, and cryptocurrencies
Uzoplata provides merchants with access to payment processing technology, including:
Acceptance of multiple payment methods through a single integration
Transaction processing and technical settlement
Payment status notifications and reporting tools
Payout functionality, subject to platform rules
Uzoplata does not guarantee uninterrupted service and may modify or suspend features for technical, security, or operational reasons.
By using Uzoplata, the Merchant agrees to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
Ensure that goods or services offered to customers are lawful
Clearly communicate refund, cancellation, and delivery terms to customers
Handle customer support, disputes, and refund requests directly
Comply with applicable laws and payment method rules
The Merchant bears full responsibility for the nature of their business activity and customer relationships.
Merchants and users may not use Uzoplata for activities that are unlawful, misleading, or abusive.
Uzoplata reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if the Platform is used in violation of these Terms or applicable regulations.
Uzoplata does not publicly list restricted business categories, but compliance with platform rules is mandatory.
Uzoplata acts solely as a technical intermediary in payment processing.
Uzoplata does not control pricing, product quality, or delivery
Transaction approval depends on payment providers and networks
Uzoplata does not guarantee successful completion of any transaction
Payment processing times and availability may vary depending on the selected payment method.
Uzoplata may charge fees for payment processing and related services.
Applicable fees are displayed in the Merchant account or agreed separately
Fees may vary by payment method, currency, and transaction volume
Uzoplata reserves the right to update fees with prior notice
All fees are deducted in accordance with the platform’s fee structure.
Refunds are governed by the Merchant’s refund policy and applicable payment rules.
Uzoplata processes refunds only upon Merchant authorization
Chargebacks are handled according to payment network rules
Merchants are responsible for responding to disputes and providing documentation
Uzoplata is not liable for losses resulting from chargebacks or refunds.
Merchants may request payouts using available payout methods.
Payout availability depends on account status, balance, and technical conditions
Uzoplata may delay payouts for verification, security, or compliance reasons
Conversion rates and processing times may vary
Uzoplata does not guarantee payout timing beyond technical processing.
Uzoplata may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if:
These Terms are violated
False or misleading information is provided
Platform security is at risk
Required operational checks are not completed
Suspension or termination may occur with or without prior notice, depending on circumstances.
Uzoplata provides the Platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Uzoplata is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Uzoplata is not responsible for Merchant–Customer disputes
Uzoplata does not guarantee revenue, payment success, or business outcomes
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
The Merchant agrees to indemnify and hold Uzoplata harmless from claims, losses, or damages arising from:
Merchant’s business activities
Customer disputes
Violation of laws or third-party rights
Breach of these Terms
All Platform content, software, and branding belong to Uzoplata or its licensors.
Merchants are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose.
Unauthorized use of intellectual property is prohibited.
Uzoplata may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website.
Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by generally accepted principles applicable to online services and payment platforms, without reference to any specific jurisdiction unless required by law.
